| The
Broken Candleholder
(by Rene V. Parault)
What a title you might say. We have been seeing the prophetic
move in different ways, and one of the ways is the prophetic sign.
Yes, a sign or demonstration will take place with symbolic meanings
in the prophetic, just as God did many times in the Old Testament
through His prophets.
As we flew into Miami recently for ministry, we were in a lovely
home with our friends of many years, and also sisters in the Lord.
We knew nothing in the natural, but the Lord was already making
the way in the spiritual realm for the upcoming three nights of
ministry.
As we sat around the dinner table, I began to prophesy of the
church here on this earth, that was about to come forth, a virgin
church, and church holy and lovely in the eyes of God, not full
of gossip, bitterness, resentment, jealously, but a church birthed
in this season of time to be the picture of the glory of God here
on earth. It was such a precious moment as the Lord was speaking.
The lady of the house then moved her arm across the table to move
one of the two lovely candleholders that stood on the table, out
of the way. They were exquisite, made of crystal and very large
and tall, and also very expensive, and very old. The one candleholder
fell quickly and broke. It was non-reparable “could not be put
back together again. There was a silence, and then the Lord spoke.
He said, “Just as you see the two candleholders, both were the
same, lovely and precious; but one broke and could never be used
again as it had been used in the past. So it is with my ministers,
so high in the heavenly realm, having a great position, but one
can fall and loose their place never to return to that place again.
How could one fall? By believing a lie that was deceiving them,
and by believing that lie, they can fall, as the candleholder
fell, and fall quickly. The Lord was saying we are in such a time
of great deception, and that many are being deceived in this day.”
Their deception comes usually from pride. And with pride then
comes blindness. The other candleholder remained standing, ready
to do what she was intended to do, to continue to hold the candle
of light and to be admired for her beauty.

Please note: It was not meant this to be an absolute, for in
God all things are possible and can be restored by the grace of
God.
Pride goeth before destruction, and an
haughty spirit before a fall. Pro 16:18
Rev. 12:4, “And his (dragon) tail drew the
third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth:”
…stars here depicting ministers. Look at
Rev. 1:19, “the seven stars are the angels
(ministers) of the seven churches”… |
