OUR TRAVELS

ENGLAND/IRELAND - JULY/AUGUST 2003

We were blessed to come into the British Isles in July and August for a conference in Ashford/Kent, England. We were one of the speakers asked by the Pentecostal Church who was giving a missions. Their focus was to go out into the town and bring in the lost. John and I gave two sessions on the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, and the Lord moved mightily. Healing and deliverance began to move among the people, marriages began to be healed, some received deliverance right on the spot, some received the baptism, the anointing was heavy in the atmosphere. The missions lasted for 4 days, and each day was different. Another one of the speakers was a brother called Emmanuel from Rwanda, Africa, who was raised from the dead after being dead for 7 days. He went to heaven and was shown hell. His testimony was powerful. Then at the end of the conference, the Lord prophesied that! The thrust of the conference was not the winning of the souls to the kingdom, but was for healing and deliverance for the Pentecostal Church and all associated with it. The church themselves received so much ministry, and the need was evident to behold. The Lord said He wanted to meet with them, so they gathered together — released from their jobs and commitments to come together and He tabernacled among them.

We were driven to Southport, England (near Liverpool) where we ministered to a small church in the meeting room in the Anglican Church and again the Lord moved. Going on again, we flew to Belfast Ireland, and there we ministered again to a gathering in a home for 2 nights and three days. Our Irish brethren are precious and so hungry for the Word of God. (we enjoyed their sense of humor)

We were taken by car to some of the revival places in northern Ireland, and we prayed and the Lord spoke about Ireland. (which we will publish later on the page on prophecies). We also saw some of south Ireland. The Lord showed us the three spirits that have hovered over Ireland for centuries and that have her bound. The spirits being: The Druid spirit; the Catholic spirit; and the Protestant spirit. These spirits are very religious - and each has had its territory in Ireland. There are many lovely people in Ireland, and Christians - but remember I said that these that held the bondage were religious, not Christian, and certainly not the Druid spirit. The Druid spirit expressing itself today in the new age movement and all it's offspring.

We then were driven to London, where we again ministered in a home meeting to some young women seeking direction, then went south to minister in the Intercessor's group that went to Iona, Scotland with us during another trip. Then in London again to a home Vineyard group where Bro. John began to minister in song on the guitar and prophecy flowed, personal and general. For two nights all the needs were met through the music of prophecy. It was excellent.

We saw the deposits being made by the Holy Spirit, and changes in the people. We were gone for 19 days - and the days were filled. We love the hospitality that was given to us, lovely dinners and cook outs in the English gardens, and lovely Irish food and soda bread. We were ministered to through their love expressed to us.

The believers in the British Isles are a part of our family, and we love them much in the Lord.

Thank you Lord that you are going to move on the British Isles — as you said, it has begun. Amen!
