HONDURAS

The Lord moved in our trip into Honduras in May.  There was a wave of His power as we went into the cities of LaLima and LaCeiba. There was a concentration on these two cities, and we were working with the brethren that we have known for some 7 to 15 years.  We worked with the pastors and leaders, and had five meetings ministering to them corporately and individually.  They all wanted to do the Lord's will, and many of them had been through the fire.  In some meetings, they fell of their faces and wept before the Lord.  The floor had puddles of tears on it.  The Honduran people have  a loving heart towards the Lord, and  are quick to repent.  They respect the ministry and considered us their "Mom and Dad" in the spirit and honored us which blessed us so.  We knew that the Lord had sent us down again, and this proved to be one of the most powerful time of meetings we had ever experienced in 21 years.  We did not know that our conferences were to be on television, but they videoed them and then were shown on television throughout the west coast of Honduras.

The waves of healing swept through the churches, and we saw many come to the Lord without even having an altar call, and also many receiving the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and speaking in tongues.

One older woman was confined to her chair and had to be carried into the church.  When we ministered to her, she stood on her feet and began to take a few steps forward.  What a blessing. Another little boy had a skin condition, which when he was touched by the Holy Spirit and fell backward, the Lord began to minister to him in healing.  Some 13 came down for salvation at one time, and we know that there were others.

A Brazilian pastor in LaCeiba had us on his radio show.  We ministered that Saturday night in his large church that was under construction.  Then he told us the story of how when we were in LaCeiba 7 years ago for a revival, we ministered to he and his family at that time.  He had come from Brazil and did not believe in lifting up hands to the Lord or clapping.  When he saw the ministry of preaching and prophecy coming forth and folks falling down under the power of the Holy Spirit, he was afraid and hung onto a pole in the middle of the auditorium which reached from floor to ceiling.  (I faintly remember a man holding onto a pole). His wife and son fell down under the power of the Holy Spirit and then when we approached him, he slid down the pole onto the floor. Prophecy went forth and he said every word has been fulfilled.  He and his family went back to Brazil, where he became a powerful ministry and laid hands on the sick and they were healed.  He is now raising up this mighty church in LaCeiba and it all started from a Holy Spirit meeting seven years ago.  Blessed be the name of the Lord!

Honduras has begun to have her visitation from the Lord and we are blessed to be a part of it.  She will have to become clean from her sins, but God is pouring out His grace and love and mercy upon her and if she truly repents, she will be set free.  Praise the Lord!
